FAQ

Does it need an app?
We use Tuya Cloud and App. Tuya is publicly listed (NYSE: TUYA; HKEX: 2391). It holds ISO/IEC 27001/27017/27701, CSA STAR, SOC 2 Type II and publishes a SOC 3 report. Data can be hosted in selected regions (US/EU/SG/IN/CN) to meet compliance. Communications use TLS 1.2, devices use AES-128 where applicable. Tuya publicly states it does not sell customer or service data and provides data subject rights portals.
Is the fan speed always adjustable?
Percentage/speed control requires a compatible fan. Otherwise, you can still use timed on/off.
How does it differ from light-only controllers?
AH-LightFan runs light + fan together in one unit—fewer boxes, simpler daily operation.
